I will provide a safe and non-judgemental environment where you can discuss the difficulties you may have. In an initial session we can look at what you would like to get from counselling, the issues you bring and if the approach I offer is right for you.

At each subsequent session, we can work together for you to gain insight and awareness of how to deal with these issues.
